Two friends. One Italian grandmother. A lifetime of cooking. Spingere was born from the journey of two cooks who started their careers the same way many great Italian stories begin — in a tiny kitchen, learning the craft from a nonna who measured everything “a occhio” and taught us that food is love, discipline, and memory.
From there, we had the honour of working alongside celebrated chefs who pushed us, challenged us, and shaped the way we cook today. Their influence lives in every technique, every detail, every plate.
